Norda 001 RZ Edition in Vermillion
The year started with a bang. January was so hectic that we even skipped our first dispatch. But not to worry. February keeps the pace. With everyone saying goodbye to the cold and entering transition weather, the brands are starting to release their spring products and some of their last cold pieces. These are our highlights for the month.
This month had plenty of releases, here are some of our favorites.
Korean Kool
To celebrate the arrival of the new Satisfy collection at PAF’s South Korean store, the brands created a super limited, in-store-only long-sleeve shirt. The AuraLite LS was modified with a hole pattern similar to Post Archive’s signature pieces. This is simply the collaboration of my dreams. I’m still sad I have no friends in Korea to get me one, but hopefully, more will come.
Shades of Spring
Norda’s SS25 collection introduces a vibrant update to its footwear lineup, featuring various colors for all its running shoes. The 001 model is now available in new shades like Vermillion (red), Rhodotus (yellow), and Glitch (green). The 002 model has been updated with earthy tones like Sage and Sand. Lastly, the 003 model showcases a new Ash colorway.
Glow Up
London-based brand Over Over has released the last drop from its PS05 collection. Finely tuned sportswear inspired by music fuses function with a creative and contemporary aesthetic. The favorite standouts are all their pieces with prints like the 3M acid rain, Collagenic, and glow-in-the-dark.
All Pro
The internet has been teasing several images of nice-looking Y-3 collaborations in various Adidas running shoes. No official dates were originally mentioned, then bam! They dropped the Adios 9 and the Adios Pro 4 in some slick black-and-white variations that look way better than the official colorways. The price sees a bit of a premium with a $350 price tag for the Adios Pro 4, a full $100 more than the standard version. Apparently, there are still a few other designs coming in spring.
Hazy Days
Soar did three releases this month: the Cubitts partnership, the Rheon thighs, and this– a charming joint venture with Alex Zono. A collaboration on the Tech T, the design is a curious expression of the vivid landscapes of Cape Town. Bringing organic colors, pink dreamy hazes, and all the Alex Zono vibes you could ever want in a single shirt.
Kings & Queens
As the first installment of their upcoming “Serious / Not So Serious” season, Saysky is releasing their all-new “Checkmate” collection. This one features some of their more creative apparel, featuring a checkered and hand-drawn motif. It will definitely sell out quickly, but do not worry—they have several more releases over the spring, so stay tuned.
Sword & Shield
After their Super Bowl cameo, District Vision is back with a new line of sunglasses for 2025, including some new models. While their Junya Racer and Koharu are the flagships, they now have a larger shield silhouette, the Yusuke Alpine Blade, and four more lifestyle silhouettes: the Takeyoshi Altitude Master, Keita Summit, Keiichi Standard, and Linto Rider.
Speed Satisfaction
Initially released only in collaboration with Satisfy, Hoka finally launched a Mafate Speed 4 Lite as a general release, meaning it is available widely for everyone who doesn’t need a Satisfy logo to feel better about themselves. But these are only possible thanks to the creative input of the Paris label. And really, the only difference is the lacing system, which now features traditional laces instead of the speed lacing found in last year’s version.
Zeroed Out
On is Continuing its niche collaborations. This time, it tapped the king of streetwear, Ronnie Fieg, to collaborate on the new silhouette, the Cloudzone. The Swiss brand also released its new Zero collection, which is probably one of the best-looking kits from the brand. It includes a singlet with a pleated back, as well as a variety of other pieces.
