    This episode was like a dose of ‘chicken soup for the sole’….I loved every bit of the conversation around mindset/connectivity of the physical body to our cognitive self. Almost needed a tissue when Emily summed it up with the reminder that I’ve already won the race even when I’m at the start line of the actual race. I def am a runner that loves to feel all the emotions….and the banter about race photogs is so true! Just pretend you’re a famous celeb running from the paparazzi and give yourself a laugh at your ‘tabloid-worthy’ downstep pics 😉
