Super mysterious

Mor Tor

We see a Hoka trail shoe collab, we say take our money. From Satisfy to Cotopaxi, we’ve seen a wide array of limited drops, and they never miss. The latest one to burn our Benjamins is the Tor Summit Hidden Characters, in partnership with the Chicago-based streetwear label of the same name.

Paying homage to classic hikers, the Hidden Characters Tor Summit brings a dramatic tilt to the footwear with a divisional black and white upper with an ice blue outsole. From desert dirt to dive bars, the hiker hybrid transcends the outdoor performance space for which it was designed, as its style lands it squarely in the runway of city roadways.

Hoka X Hidden Characters

Featuring a luxe nubuck leather upper, a rubber mudguard, zig-zag stitching, and metal eyelet hardware, the Tor Summit is built for the outdoors, wherever that may be. A Vibram Megagrip outsole gives you the best grip in the game, for traction in any condition.

For the unfamiliar, Hidden Characters is a “design studio where a singular question reverberates through the creative ether: how to break the fourth wall but contain the magic anyway.” That’s a really pretentious way of saying nothing at all, but hey– their designs are pretty great, so we’ll forgive them for the liberal-arts-theater-major word salad. You should too.

The Hoka x Hidden Characters Tor Summit is available on March 29 at 9 am PST for $220. You can pick it up exclusively at and
