My Favorite Chia Drink So Far

I have tried using chia seeds a couple different ways.  Chia tastes a little earthy so I like to mix it into a drink with the following recipe:

  • 2 packets of True Lemon
  • 2 tea spoons of raw honey
  • 1 teaspoon of Chia seeds
  • 6 to 8 0z. of water

  1. Have you ever tried this warm? Just curious if it would be good….especially on a wet day.

  2. I have not tried it warm. Might be nice like a tea, I would probably add Chia to oatmeal if it was cold out.

    I just started incorporating chia seeds into my diet as well. I get them by eating Nutzo Peanut Free Nut Butter before a long workout- yum! I'd like to try the True Lemon products so I can make your chia drink recipe!

    i put chia in 2 oz of Pom juice, 2 oz of Gogi Gold goji juice, 4 oz of water…..then chug! 2Xs a day. aaaaamazing anti-inflammatory properties. might be good for that mean old ankle! 😉
