Hot-Hands Pockets

Don’t let the cold get you down. Whip up a fine throwback favorite, homemade hot pockets. Stuff them with your favorite sandwich filling and keep a smile on your face on these cold days. Don’t let the ‘homemade dough’ hold you back – you’ve got this! All the carbs and protein you need to recover from these winter runs.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix flour and Greek yogurt in a small bowl to make a dough. <add more flour if dough is too sticky to work with – it should be a little sticky but manageable>
  2. Sprinkle a little flour on your surface. Split dough into two. Using a rolling pin or tall glass, roll each ball of dough into a 4×8″ rectangle. If you get some holes, just patch them up.
  3. Cover ½ of each dough rectangle with 2 oz ham + 1 slice of cheese.
  4. Fold over remaining dough on both rectangles. Make sure all the fillings are inside. Using a fork + your fingers, press edges together well.
  5. Spray both sides with oil or grease your baking sheet.
  6. Air-fry at 375 degrees for 10 – 15 minutes or bake in the oven at 450 degrees for 12 – 18 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Freaking enjoy.
