Satisfy Space Lace is wild
Earlier this year, I made my way to Paris for the winter Fashion Week to see what was coming in run culture for 2025. It did not disappoint, with a schedule full of meetings with all the heatseekers in running today. Obvious names like Satisfy and Norda and Soar, but also rising stars like Hermanos Koumori, Portal, Unna, and more. Point being, there was a lot to be excited about.
Of course, that was just one of four seasons for Paris Fashion Week. June was just around the corner and there was more to see. Coming from Berlin, I’ll jump at the chance to fly a couple hours southwest, especially if it means I get to preview what’s coming in 2026. While I originally thought it’d be a relatively relaxing couple days with a few appointments, it quickly turned into a full schedule filled with showrooms and previews and embargoed looks at some incredible stuff on the horizon. Run fashion is really hitting its stride right now, and it doesn’t seem to be slowing anytime soon.
Here are the highlights from my time in Paris, make sure you check back weekly for my run culture dispatch of everything happening in the space.
Alex is committed to creating garments that feel handmade and human. For 2026, he’ll continue exploring natural materials with new additions, including vintage-style tees, Hawaiian shirts, heart-accented socks, and, of course, a whole lot of hats, his way of representing Cape Town globally.
Highlight: A lightweight running rain jacket made from waxed cotton.
The 008 sandal, featuring a custom Vibram ECOSTEP soleplate, was the star of the show, along with a surprise hit: Norda socks. Also on display were upcoming colorways of the 008, 001, and 005, though no photos were allowed.
Highlight: Seeing and test-driving the 008 in real life
Making a bigger push into the running scene, the Swedish brand previewed a new collection of running gear: split shorts, windbreakers, and lightweight shirts in muted purple and green tones.
Highlight: A half-zip, oversized technical shirt.
Full of surprises this season, wild-looking heat-crush tech, new cowhide camo (our words, not theirs), Space-O fabric running pants, and updated versions of the plated Auralite. The PeaceShell river shirt gets a cowboy twist with laser-cut floral patterns. Oh, and their first full women’s collection is here, featuring a jaw-dropping Space-Lace fabric.
Highlight: The Space-Lace stole the show; it looks like lace, feels like butter, and definitely makes a statement.
Fresh off their Adidas collab, HK previewed both the Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 lines. The lines include new colorways of their core running gear, heavier overshirts, and bags, as well as a sneak peek at next year’s Adidas drop featuring the Evo SL.
Highlight: Their new running jacket is on a whole new level.
Brooks showcased the upcoming Adrenaline GTS X, which now features a nitrogen-infused sole similar to the Glycerin Max. It also showcased a refreshed Caldera 8, a very nice collaboration with RSVP Gallery and Don C (Creative Director of the Chicago Bulls), which will be released later this year.

Alongside new really cool singlet designs, Soar teased the return of its denim jeans and a new line called Artefacts, featuring performance tees printed with vintage items from founder Tim’s archive, such as 1960s Japanese camo shirts, aviator jackets, and old cycling vests.
Highlight: A proto lab quarter-zip made from something called performance linen
The all-star collective from the north showed updates to their already impressive debut line, including refined fits, natural fabrics, a new split short with a mid-length liner. They also debuted a cycling-inspired hydration vest, shorter and sleeker.
Highlight: A prototype of their first Gore-Tex jacket
Swedish brand Unna focused on refining its existing styles with fresh colors and slight upgrades. New items included a tank top, hats, and a hybrid jacket. Hidden from public view: a September shoe collab. Hint: Caterpillar!

From Korea, PAF will extend its collaborations with On and District Vision into 2026. We previewed three new styles of the Junya Racers and a new version of the Cloudboom Next from On.
Berlin-based Optimistic Runners, a brand that combines clothing, a run club, and a magazine, was also in Paris. For 2025 and 2026, they’re rolling out updates to their signature tees and tanks and introducing their first hydration vest.
Puma revealed its new collaboration with Salehe Bembury. It resembles a running shoe, featuring Nitro Foam and a faux plate, yet it’s a lifestyle piece. It’s a reminder that performance and lifestyle continue to feed off each other.
