    Hi! Long time listener of Fuel for the Sole from the UK and now avid carb counter pre race!
    Recently I have seen lots of pushing for Ketones, what is the deal with them and do we need them or benefit from them when trying to reach a time goal in races?

    I couldn’t see where to ask this question for the podcast but would love it to be covered.
