Here’s how we break down the shoe in every review.
I love this shoe like family, the hype is justified. After 60+ miles I share my review of the Nike Epic React. Men’s and women’s review: https://believeintherun.com/nike-epic-react

I ran twice in the Epic React, a total of 9 miles and felt that I needed to return them because of the extreme wear on the exposed React out sole. Although I did enjoy the cushioned, springy ride, I felt the cost of wear did not justify the cost of the shoe. Perhaps Nike will fix the wearing problem by extending the materials which cover the heal strike and toe off areas.
Totally disagree with you and stated so in the review. Scuffing exposed foam is cosmetic.
Love your reviews.
How does the Nike epic react compare with the new Sketchers Go run 7’s and Levitate for comfort and response. I run in the Saucony Freedoms iso and the Saucony Truimph iso 3 and wondering how it compares with them also. I like to add another shoe into the mix. I like a comfortable shoe that is not to firm on the landings as sometimes I find the freedoms a little to firm and would love a touch more cushion. I love the saucony triumph iso 3 cushion but it would be nice to be a touch lighter. I did buy recently an ultarboost uncaged and love its comfort but it lacks a little in the support department and a touch soft for faster runs. Thanks in advance.
