The Drop E82 |Shannon Thompson, Mental Performance Consultant



If there’s anything we can improve, it’s the mental mindset during performance. Luckily, Shannon is a mental performance consultant and was willing to talk to us about the mental side of running, tactics for how to turn around a bad race, calming nerves before a big workout, and more.

For the intro this week, we recap Robbe’s race day at the HAT 50K this past weekend where he wore the Brooks Caldera 6 out of the box for the entire race. We also touch on some of the performances from last weekend’s NYRR New York Half Marathon.
