Hemp Daddy’s Therapeutics CBD Review

Hemp Daddy's Feature

Unless you’ve been living under a rock the last year, you know that CBD has swept the country like Old Town Road circa 2019.

It’s the wild west of hemp right now, which means that companies are basically running on an honor system. Or, many times, a dishonor system.

Without FDA approval and regulation, a lot of CBD companies out there are growing hemp on land laden with heavy metals or using chemicals in their extraction processes. And making false claims about the strength and effectiveness of their products.

And then there’s Hemp Daddy’s Therapeutics.

To trust someone is to know them, and we’ve known Caleb Simpson, the founder of Hemp Daddy’s, for some time. Back in 2011, he started Bearded Brothers Organic Energy Bars, a 100% organic energy bar with pure raw ingredients. The dude knows his way around the health and organic market.

Caleb is an ultrarunner and a few years ago, he found himself constantly dealing with injuries and nagging pains. During that time, he started to experience the benefits of CBD, but finding a legit product was frustrating due to the lack of transparency in the CBD industry.

So he took things into his own hands, started Hemp Daddy’s, and partnered with the best organic farm in Longmont, Colorado to put together a lineup of premium Full Spectrum CBD products. The entire process is controlled from seed to bottle, delivering consistent and quality products.

Some of the most obvious benefits are better sleep, less inflammation, and faster recovery. For Caleb, CBD has helped him bounce back from Achilles tendonitis injuries.

So is it legit? We took on a few of his products over the last month to find out. Here are our thoughts.

Transdermal Pain Cream, Full Spectrum Oil, Water Soluble Extract (l-r)

Hemp Daddy’s Full Spectrum CBD Oil

Robbe: The full-spectrum oil is the bread and butter of the Hemp Daddy’s line. The oil is ingested (I put it under my tongue), and the dosage is up to you, depending on what you’re dealing with. There are recommendations on the site, starting with one dropper in the morning and one in the evening, which is what I did.

One dropper is 1 mL, and I received the 60 mL bottle of extra strength CBD (900 mg), so it will last me about a month. Each dropper has about 15 mg of CBD. It also comes in two lesser strengths, as well as in 30mL quantities.

So far, I’ve definitely noticed some benefits. The most obvious one, hands down, is better sleep. I used to wake up at least four times a night, and now I wake up maybe once, sometimes not at all. That alone has been pretty great.

I was most hoping it would help with chronic tendinopathy I’ve had, which I realize is a big ask, but I wanted to see if anything would happen. I feel like I’ve had better days than before, especially after workouts, but it’s not pain-free.

And I think that’s a key point with CBD— yes, it helps, but it’s not a miracle drug. You still have to meet it halfway and do some healing work on your own end.

I will say, I’ve also felt a little less stressed as well, cause giving y’all great reviews all the time is tiring as hell.

Transdermal CBD Pain Cream

Robbe: The transdermal pain cream is applied to wherever you’re aching. As per Hemp Daddy’s, it is “the most potent and effective on the market, and provides maximum absorption.”

It comes in a small bottle and each pump is metered so you know exactly how much you’re getting. I received the extra strength and applied it to my minor aches and pains.

I will say, I pulled my neck one day and put it on there and woke up the next morning feeling pretty good. I’ve also rubbed it on my calves after running and it seemed to help. Thomas also has experienced some relief during his marathon training.

It comes in both 5mg and 10mg strengths, with 60 doses, so it should last awhile unless you’re slathering all over your whole body.

And while I don’t have a pet, apparently you can rub this on the inside of the ear to get better absorption than when taken orally.

Water Soluble CBD

Thomas: Sometimes hydrating enough is a challenge for me. Oddly enough, adding some CBD to the water made it easier to get my ounces in. The water-soluble CBD is flavored, it actually tasted a little like what I would imagine bong water would taste like at first, but after a few bottles, I started to enjoy it and the flavor became more like tea.

If you don’t want to taste it you can mix it with other beverages. I would kid with Robbe that I felt like I was getting high from the water; it was either a placebo effect or the CBD was just relaxing me. Either way, the concoction seems to mellow things out.

Hemp Daddy’s Conclusion

If you’re looking to get into CBD and want to find a company to trust, that’s actually owned by an ultrarunner who uses his own product for recovery, then look no further than Hemp Daddy’s. We can also assure you that you’ll receive the most excellent customer service, and definitely check out Caleb’s blog for in-depth research on CBD and its benefits, as well as some myth-busting.

One more thing- if you don’t think the product is helping after a month’s time, Hemp Daddy’s will give you a full money-back refund, without any weird hassles. Can’t get much better than that. Use our code BELIEVE15 to save 15%, and shop using the link below.

  1. Superb blog! Do you have any tips for aspiring writers? I’m planning
to start my own blog soon but I’m a little lost on everything.
Would you recommend starting with a free platform like WordPress or go for a paid
option? There are so many choices out there that I’m completely confused ..
    Any recommendations? Thanks a lot!
