I think your struggle to find the words for this shoe indicates that their messaging isn’t dialed in. On the website, they don’t even have a clear value prop.
Personally, I’m rooting for them. I really want an eco-friendly trainer that works well.
They need to work on the messaging, but it’s not a bad start to go to market w this product that actually does what it’s supposed to. Can’t say that about MANY companies’ running shoes that don’t even try to take a new approach.
