Running brands appear in Paris to show what they have in store for 2026
January 20-24, 2025
Fall-Winter gear apparel coming out at the end of the year, some spring running shoes, and collaborations

Pop-ups galore
Every six months, we hit Paris to see what brands have coming up for the year. From independent labels to so-called “challenger” brands and the big names, they all come to the city to showcase the products they’ll release in the second half of 2026. For us, it’s the perfect opportunity to figure out what we want to buy and, honestly– figure out how much we need to save.
If there was a theme this season, it would be “Evolution.” Many brands are expanding into bigger collections, more variety, and new territories, and that’s a good thing. There’s now a brand and a product for pretty much every kind of runner.
These are the highlights from the showrooms we visited.

Soar moving into lifestyle is super exciting
📍 Berlin, Germany
The Berlin brand decided to go big, showing its biggest collection ever. They have a very artistic, but still approachable, vision for their product. Their fall collection expands into unique silhouettes, including a poncho, semi-transparent shorts, and new water-resistant and wind jackets. There are also tons of new shirts, mid-layers in new materials,, and improved classics.
The collection is titled “In Between Rooms,” which plays into the idea of gear for both states of a runner’s life.

The central piece for Fall 2026 at Satisfy was their first-ever puffer down Rippy Force jacket. New colorways are also coming for TheRocker trail shoe, including a much-anticipated triple-black version.
For us, the most interesting pieces were a new MothTech Waffle long-sleeve and tank top. Apparently, Satisfy hired extra moths to chew even more of the shirt, making it look extremely grungy.
What we heard: An imminent collaboration with Adidas, including an Adidas MothTech tee, which, in our opinion, would be the best middle finger to last year’s controversy with Nike.

Tiempos Running returned to Paris to show both Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter 2026. For the first half of the year,, they’ll introduce a couple of new products: their first long-sleeve in Polartec and their first half-tights, plus a new colorway of their windbreaker in a beautiful, bright green.
For the second half, they’re bringing back their “Never Underestimate the Healing Power of Running” tee with an updated graphic. The highlight of the collection is a beautiful, heavy cotton quarter-zip sweater that will probably become one of their best-selling pieces.

Tim Soar had previously mentioned to us his intention to do something closer to his roots as a fashion brand, and he didn’t disappoint. Soar presented their first lifestyle collection, inspired by their knowledge of sportswear: real leather jackets, leather shorts, a shirt, a sweater, and an M65-inspired military jacket.
Plus, there was a massive range of running products: new prints on race vests, shirts, and long-sleeves; updates to their top-of-the-line running jackets; new pants; and a new version of their Cubitts sunglasses.

Alex Zono always finds a theme for inspiration; this time, it’s kites. Titled “Dance Like a Runner,” the collection is divided into two parts.
On one side is the running apparel, which maintains the brand’s playful vibe. His “AZ Joggers” t-shirt is a perfect example of what he wants to achieve: A tee that looks like it was taken directly from a running store in 1976.
In part two, he showed a more fashion-forward line, including everyday pieces such as a shirt with a sewn kite. And let’s not forget the classic Alex Zono hats, now fully embracing the Y2K vibes.

During Paris Fashion Week, Norda presented their incredible collaboration with Gnuhr. You can read all about it here, in my interview with Norda founder Nick Martire and Gnuhr founder Nur Abbas. The event in Paris brought together buyers, brand creatives, and media to check out one of the most anticipated drops of the week. A bunch of the items are already sold out, but you can still pick some of the pieces in the collection at the link below.

Portal has updated its current line, with a lot coming up for FW26. Their new running jacket, with front pockets for gloves or a beanie, was our favorite.
They also have their first running tights with Dyneema pockets coming up, a new lightweight zip hoodie with honeycomb fleece lining, a new tank, a printed long-sleeve shirt, and a midweight fleece. They showed new colors of their regular product line, too, including a new green version of their Biome insulated jacket.
On display was also a prototype of their first shell, which, compared to previous versions we’ve seen, is lighter.

Unna showcased its current line-up, including the extremely popular striped long-sleeve running shirt. For upcoming releases, we saw new graphic tees and a range of “jogging”-theme shirts.
There was also a cool accessory that can be used as a neck collar or headwear for the cold, plus a new version of their running and lifestyle jacket. It’s also good to see the brand playing more with its inverted-podium-element patch.
One of the highlights is an upcoming “DIY” collaboration with Osprey on a technical vest. The drop will include the vest, packaged with tools curated by Unna to customize the piece. They had one example on display that honestly looked so good, I wanted to buy it.

So much has been said about this new brand, but honestly, it was one of the trip’s highlights. Literary Sport showcased their upcoming FW26 collection, and the materials and elegance are insane.
They’re releasing their version of the running shirt, which is a bit looser, lighter, and flowier than the rest. They also had a tartan performance fabric across multiple pieces, including shorts, pants, and running jackets. New colors of the cardigan, a long-sleeve in soft merino, Cordura mesh, plus performance gear in a royal blue that we definitely feel is the right choice.

Brooks showed their upcoming line-up of the Adrenaline GTS 10, the 2009 shoe, updated with the same technology seen in the Glycerin Max soles. The first batch launches in February, but we also saw models coming up for the rest of 2026.
Another highlight was an exclusive pre-release of the Staple x Brooks Ghost Trail, the first performance shoe from Brooks and the sneaker godfather, Jeff Staple.
Behind the curtain: We got to see three upcoming collaborations, including a very special running shoe, or shoes, with an independent running brand we all love.

Ciele is coming in strong with running gear, and we love it. Drawing on ideas from their Elite collection and bringing them to a wider market, Ciele presented their Icon collection, powered by carbon- or graphene-embedded fabric.
The main products are the shirts, with super-lightweight mesh, and the shorts. The graphics play on the idea of a speedway in a perfect runner’s town, the fog, and the elements within it.
Ciele also showcased their women’s line, which includes running bras and tights, as well as a running T-shirt with ventilation on the sides. There were also merino layers, new versions of their running jackets, and, of course, new tees and hats with updated, really cool graphics.
Behind the curtain: We heard that Ciele is working on a new prototype hat that’s supposed to reinvent, again, how we think about headgear.

Raide arrived in Paris for the first time to showcase its product range. Everything was there, from belts to shorts to ski gear. It was a great moment for European stockists to see the brand in person.
Behind the curtain: Raide is growing its apparel offering with great new items. We couldn’t take pictures, but we’re excited for a few new apparel pieces coming up. There are also new collaboration(s) in the works.
Shop RaideResearch Studio: The showroom had its latest collections, including the new releases. We also heard about a couple of collaborations Research Studio has coming up this year. We cannot say for sure, but they include a brand, an athlete, and major marathon activations.
Adidas: Adidas’ collaboration with Song for the Mute featured a line of running shoes that blended new sole tech with uppers that look hot. Meanwhile, Y-3 dropped the mic with the upcoming Adizero shoe line with a salvage look.
On: Swiss brand On presented the latest iteration of their partnership with Post Archive Faction.
Merrell: A whole new range of products from their most innovative 1TRL line, including the MTL Speedarc Peak.
