Meaghan: Runderwear is a UK based company whose whole ethos is about creating chafe-free performance clothing. Their gear has no side seams and is label-free to prevent irritation and rubbing. As someone who’s terrified to get in the shower after a long run (when you realize how badly you’ve chafed), I was excited to test out a couple of their sports bras.
Meaghan: I tried the Runderwear Women’s Support Running Bra and Low-Impact Crop Top. Both are great, but the Crop Top stole the show for me. The Crop Top is designed with a super-soft technical fabric and it’s honestly the most comfortable bra I’ve ever worn. The compression provides plenty of support (although I should note this bra is intended for us smaller chested ladies – A and B cups) and I never had any issues with chafing. At only $35, it’s worth getting one in every color.

Meaghan: The Runderwear Women’s Support Bra is designed specifically for runners who need some extra support (not me). It’s available in a full range of sizes and comes with adjustable J Hook straps and closure at the back. I found the sizing was off and would definitely recommend going up a cup size. The technical fabric isn’t quite as soft as the Crop Top, but it’s lightweight, label-free and breathes well. If you’re looking for less bounce out on the run, this is the bra for you – just make sure you go up a size.
Runderwear’s gear is available online and they’re planning to be in a few specialty retailers in the US soon.
