Black Friday is less than 10 days away
We’ve grabbed deals from Janji, Rabbit, Salomon, and so many more
Our deals include running shoes, accessories, and more — if you can believe it
Oh, the holidays. What a great chance to spend time with your family, enjoy a few days off work, and settle down for a long winter’s nap. Who are we kidding, Black Friday is just the best time of year to save some money on new running gear to get you through the dark days of Winter GRIT.
Whether you’re the runner in your family or you’re trying to check off a carefully curated Christmas list, there’s a mountain of Black Friday running deals to sift through — perhaps too many to count. In order to make life a little easier, we’ve gone and gotten a head start. We reached out to some of our favorite brands (and probably your favorite, too) to build up a list of the best ways to save.
Without further ado, here they are, the fruits of our labor. We’ve gathered up a heap of deals on running shoes, apparel, and accessories so that you can polish off your list without the need to check it twice. Let’s get into our picks.
November 20 – 27
Atreyu is already the best value of any running shoe out there, with its carbon-plated Race Model coming in at a crazy good $120. Tack on an extra 30% off your order and you’re getting a brand new super trainer with a Peba-blended midsole for $84, which you probably won’t beat this holiday season, or ever. Get it while you can.
November 24 – 27
Bandit is going for something a little different this Black Friday — a discount for everyone with a bonus for members. No matter who you are, you can save 20% off select products, but if you’re a Bandit member, you get 30% off. Oh, and if you’re itching to bump up your savings and start getting early access to Bandit drops, you can save 20% off the price of a membership when you sign up around Black Friday.
Before we get into Goodr’s sitewide sale (it’s a good one), we’ve gotta talk about the brand’s special promotion. In true Goodr fashion, the flamingo folks are having some fun around the holidays. If you make a purchase at any time during their holiday sale (which runs from 11/22 through 11/26), you’ll automatically be entered to win some cash — with a twist. Goodr is giving away six cash prizes, with the larger prizes printed on smaller checks and the smaller prizes printed on massive checks. As they put it, you might get $25,000 on a check the size of a stamp or 25 cents on a check the size of your car.
Anyway, let’s get to the big deal…
November 22 – 26
Goodr is making its holiday deals simple — save 25% on any pair of sunglasses sitewide. That’s it, just pick out your shades, add ’em to your cart, and save some cash. Carl is a flamingo who likes to keep his deals straightforward. Oh, and don’t forget that you might win some money just for shopping during the holiday sale.
November 13 – 19 for AdiClub Members
Sometimes it pays to be in the club, and this is one of those times. We all know that Adidas likes to open the floodgates for its Black Friday sales, but the best way to get access to deals in your size is to be an AdiClub member. It’s free to sign up, and Adidas’ exclusive club earns you the first shot at a 70% discount across tons of categories, including running shoes, apparel, and tons of lifestyle gear.
November 20 – 27
We all have our different tastes when it comes to running sunglasses, but there’s one thing we can agree on: Article One makes some stylin’ sunglasses. Its Active collection toes the line between form and function and pairs premium polarized lenses with classically inspired frames. Oh, and Article One almost never runs sales, making this one of the best Black Friday deals around.
Deal of the Day
They say that variety is the spice of life, and Inov-8 is taking it literally. It’s running a new deal every single day throughout November, and nothing is off-limits. You can check in each day to find out what shoe or boot is 50% off and then come back the next day for a whole new selection.
Now through Black Friday
If you’re not ready to take a chance with Inov-8’s daily deals, maybe you’re interested in the brand’s overall offerings instead. On top of Inov-8’s daily half-off discount, it’s running solid sales on, well, everything else it carries. That means it’s a perfect time to stock up on trail running shoes, replace your old lifting kicks, or just try something new.
Get ready to save quickly because Janji has some great Black Friday deals — but they’re highly exclusive. Instead of running its best deals throughout the Black Friday and Cyber Monday weekend, it’s putting some best-sellers on sale for 24 hours only.
November 17
We can’t say for sure that Janji’s Transit Tech Pants are Robbe’s favorites, but we can say that we don’t see him in much else during the winter months. I mean, it’s not hard to see why, given the water-resistant coating, several color options, and flexible sizing. Mix in a discount that drops the Transit Tech Pants to around $60, and it’s a slam dunk.

November 20
As much as we love the Transit Tech Pants, we love ’em for around the office. When we’re out on the run, we need something a little more breathable and flexible. After all, speed work doesn’t stop just because it’s cold out. That’s where the Mercury Run Joggers come in — perfect for when the mercury drops.

November 24
Janji’s grand finale is a big discount on one of our favorite rain jackets, the Rainrunner 2.0. It builds on the success of the original jacket with slightly more durable waterproofing with a lightweight ripstop material. The new Rainrunner 2.0 offers 360-degree core ventilation, too, so you won’t overheat.
November 15 – 27
We’re big-time recovery people here at Believe in the Run, and that starts with comfy recovery shoes. Kane’s Revive is a simple, reliable option that lands somewhere between a Croc and, well, another Croc. It has plenty of holes for ventilation and a big, cushy sole to land on.
November 16 – 22
For New Balance members (free to sign up), log in and check out these sweet deals leading up to Black Friday. While the running shoe selection is mid, there’s some nice finds in the run apparel department, so don’t miss out on getting some good deals while you can, including the Luminous jacket that we wore all weekend at the New York City Marathon. Free shipping on any order as well.
November 22 – 30
Oiselle is a great woman-focused running brand, and it’s going all-out for Black Friday. Basically, the more you buy, the more you’ll save across all of Oiselle’s categories. It kicks off with 20% off orders above $100, bumps to 25% off orders over $200, and caps at 30% off orders over $300. Oh, and if you do your shopping on Wednesday, November 22, you’ll get a free Cozy Cap with orders over $100.
November 22 – 28
Nathan Sports has a simple philosophy about Black Friday — keep it simple. Instead of picking and choosing products to discount, it’s offering a sweeping 30% off everything sitewide. That means you can beef up your hydration and storage options or test out some of Nathan’s new apparel, too.
Before we jump into Ombraz’s discount, we should mention that they have an extra promotion going on: They’re planting 40 mangrove trees for every pair of Ombraz sold. That means each pair is 3,426x carbon neutral — not too shabby.
November 13 – 27
Ombraz just wrapped up one of its biggest campaigns of all time, but the holiday deals don’t stop there. It’s keeping the party going with an extra-long Black Friday sale that’s already started. You can save $40 on either the Viale or Teton frame and do your best Robbe impression all winter long. Oh, and don’t forget about the fact that Ombraz will plant 40 mangrove trees for each pair purchased — get out there and plant some trees. You can also use code BITR to save an additional $25.
November 21 – 28
Path Projects is hopping in on the Black Friday fun with one of its biggest sales of all time — up to 50% off everything. Whether you’ve been waiting for a chance to accessorize or you want to upgrade your base layers, Path Projects has you covered. You can even snag some of our Path Projects collaboration t-shirts and tank tops while you’re at it.
November 20 – 27
We’ve touched on a few solid sales so far, some even reaching as high as 30% off, but none of them can touch Roark. The edgy running brand is offering up to a whopping 60% off during its Black Friday sale, which runs for a full week. Of course, that probably means many of the best items will disappear quickly, so you’re gonna want to get shopping early. Oh, and Roark’s sale extends far beyond its Run Amok collection, so you can grab some casual apparel, too.
Rabbit has a slightly complicated setup for its Black Friday deals, but we promise it’s worth it. The deals will change on select days to highlight different aspects of the company, from its woman-led founding to its status as a small business. Here’s what we mean:
November 22 – 24
Rabbit’s first Black Friday sale is probably its most straightforward. The Women-Led Wednesday sale rewards you the more you spend, knocking 20% off orders under $100, 30% off orders over $100, and a whopping 40% off orders over $500.
November 25 – 26
Rabbit’s next Black Friday deal is perhaps its most ambitious. Its Small Business Saturday options aren’t as widespread as the Women-Led Wednesday picks, but the discounts are much deeper. You can shop from a collection of deals hand-picked by Rabbit’s founders, with some of them plummeting to as low as 70% off — not half bad, if you ask us.
November 27
Now, for Rabbit’s final Black Friday trick, a BOGO deal. We don’t have the details of Rabbit’s Cyber Monday collection quite yet, but we do know that for every item you buy, you’ll get a second for free. If you know us — or just Robbe — you know that free is the best price of all, so count us in. Just remember, this is the most limited of Rabbit’s deals, running for one day, and one day only.
November 21 – 30
You might not be as familiar with Rocky Talkie, but think of it as a walkie-talkie for adults. It’s everything you love about the push-to-talk functionality, just cranked up a bit. The Rocky Talkie Mountain Radio functions as low as -20 degrees Fahrenheit and packs a battery that can last four full days with a communication range of up to 35 miles.
November 8 – 17
Nike may not have appeared among our Black Friday deals until now, but Running Warehouse is making up for the late arrival. Right now, select Nike silhouettes are up to 30% off in your cart, including colorways of the Pegasus 40, Vomero 17, and even the race-ready Streakfly.
Through November 27
There’s nothing that fits better under the Christmas tree (or menorah) than a new GPS watch. If you’ve been waiting for a chance to upgrade, Garmin has a solid set of discounts on offer at Running Warehouse. Right now, certain models are up to $200 off, including the Forerunner 255 and Epix Pro.
Through December 1, Bonus sale November 27
We love our Saucony running shoes, and they’re even better when you can save a few bucks. Right now, there are several options on sale through Running Warehouse, including the classic Kinvara, the trail-ready Peregrine, and the well-cushioned Triumph. If you’re willing to wait a few more days, Running Warehouse is planning to boost the sale to 40% off for just 24 hours on November 27.
We already picked out a few of Salomon’s Black Friday deals in a separate roundup, but they’re worth mentioning again. Here are the best of the best from that previous collection of deals:
November 10 – 20
Where better to start than with one of Salomon’s most approachable trail shoes? The Sense Ride 5 is a well-cushioned crusher with a versatile Contagrip outsole and accommodating SensiFit upper. It’s a great way to dip your toe into the trail scene without spending extra cash on fancy tech or carbon fiber plates.
PRICE: $105 (Was $140)
November 10 – 20
The Speedcross is as classic Salomon as they come. It’s a highly aggressive trail runner that’s started making waves in the fashion world, too. Salomon’s signature mountain climber has a steeper 10 mm drop and deeper, more aggressive lugs to help you rip your way up the trails in several vibrant colorways.
PRICE: $109 (Was $145)
November 10 – 20
Although the Salomon XT 15 Bladder isn’t really designed for speed, it’s probably your best bet when it comes to plentiful storage on long hikes. It comes with a sizable 15L capacity, complete with plenty of options for hydration, including a 2L rear bladder and a pair of 500mL flasks on the straps.
PRICE: $78 (Was $120)
November 21 – 27
If there’s one thing you can’t get enough of for winter running, it’s trust, cozy socks. Whether you prefer ’em crew length or knee-high, Swiftwick is a classic pick. The masters of socks are even offering 25% off across their entire lineup to make sure that your feet stay warm and sweat-free through the coldest months.
November 23
As if one brand of cozy winter apparel wasn’t enough, Smartwool has just as many deals to sort through as Swiftwick. However, Smartwool’s options spread far beyond just socks and include hats, gloves, and even coats. There are a few more Smartwool deals that haven’t launched quite yet, but they’ll be available soon.
November 23-27
A couple of our key running essentials are the Tracksmith Brighton Base Layer and Turnover Tights, and pretty much everything else is awesome as well. But you will pay for higher quality, meaning the 20-40% off sale that Tracksmith is running from Thanksgiving Day to Cyber Monday is really hard to beat. If you’ve been sitting on picking up some Tracksmith gear, now is the time to lace up and buy.
November 17 – 29
If you can’t tell, our favorite type of Black Friday sale is one that runs sitewide, which means that Ultimate Direction is one of the best around. It’s offering 25% off across the lineup, including jackets, tights, and hydration vests to keep you well-equipped for winter. If you’ve been looking for a new handheld (like, maybe you dropped your current one during a marathon), Ultimate Direction’s Clutch is part of the sale, too.

When he’s not running or editing, Ryan writes and reviews for Android Authority, spending time with the latest tech and complaining when things don’t work quite right. If he’s not doing any of that, maybe you’ll find him nose-deep in a crossword puzzle or trying to catch up on an endless backlog of shows to stream.
