Probably our favorite category of running shoes out there because they’re just so freaking fun. We tried to limit this as best as we could because there are so many great tempo shoes out there, but could only trim it down to these seven. If you’re looking for a great tempo shoe or lightweight daily trainer, we guarantee you’ll find something good in here. Note that we didn’t include tempo shoes from early/mid-2020 that may still be on their current version (i.e. Brooks Hyperion Tempo, Topo Athletic Cyclone, etc.).
